Overwhelmed is the only word I can use to describe the way I have been feeling the past four months. I have spent more time in the hospital than I have at home. I have undergone three surgeries this year, dealt with Feeding Tubes, you name it I’ve done or had it. With all that being said my medical bills were mounting up and bill collectors were calling. When I returned to work I happened to be speaking with Jim and he told about Making Lives Better and how the company could assist employees in their time of need. After completing the form I was contacted within days about my situation and it felt like moments later I got a call confirming one of my LARGEST Medical Bills had been paid in full. I truly can’t thank the Company enough for stepping in to give me some relief. Things like this reminds me of why I’ve been here 15 years. We’re family…and family takes care of family.
