I have worked for Lafayette Alorica since April of 2014. In December of 2016 I received both an eviction notice and a disconnect notice for the electric. I did not have enough funds to cover both so I applied for the MBLA program. MBLA agreed to pay the rent balance owed if I proved that I paid the electric. After making the payment to the electric I forwarded the receipt email to HR and MBLA paid the remaining rent on 12/15. Without this program I would have either been homeless or without electric. I have worked at many companies since I started working in 1991 and have never encountered a company that takes the time to aid their employees during hard times. Thank You Alorica and MBLA.
