…Asking for help is not something I do, not financial help anyway. I have always prided myself in my independence and self-sufficiency. Recently, however, I had no choice. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had placed myself and my family in a frightening financial spot. We were about to be without a home.

Thanks to Making Lives Better, I was able to maintain our home and breathe just a little easier.
