First of all I want to give our God all the Praise, honor and glory for giving me such a great company of Alorica with a great team of members such as Mr. David Castellanos ( my supervisor) and Ms. Audrey and Ms. Anne ( my big boss). They’re people who moved quickly to see to my need. When I first approached Mr. David Castellanos with my dilemma causing me to loose time off from work. He was very concerned and quickly brought the situation to Ms. Anne which brought it to the attention of (MLBA) Making Lives Better with Alorica with Ms. Sharon. I was losing my apartment Due to a series of unexpected issues. My car broke down, my health suffered and others. MLBA showed me they really cared and provided funding to bring my rent up current with the late fees totaling over $1,000.00. This is what I call a team and a family that cares. I’m an employee that really has no family to fall back on. I’m pretty much on my own. But I thank God every day for my job at Alorica.
